A Total of 380 Million People Have Now Quit the CCP
The Chinese Communist Party(CCP) celebrated its so-called anniversary on July 1, leveraging all of its mouthpieces to tout its “greatness,” “glory,” and “correctness.” In a startling contrast to the CCP’s self-proclaimed greatness, more than 1.56 million people quit the CCP and its affiliated organizations in that month alone.
By July 6, the milestone of 380 million people having quit the CCP was reached. And by the end of July, the figure of people who have quit the CCP reached 381,250,844. This equates to at least 1 out of every 4 Chinese citizen having publicly denounced the CCP.
A Busy Hotline to Quit the CCP
According to Minghui.org, a 24/7 hotline that helps people to quit the CCP and its affiliated organizations that was operating in Canada was becoming busier, with people calling seeking to do the Three Withdrawals—meaning to quit the CCP, its Youth League, and the CCP’s Young Pioneers.
Some of the callers wanted to learn Falun Gong exercises and read Falun Dafa books, according to the website, which also tracks the persecution of Falun Gong by the CCP in China.
“Tuidang” means to quit the CCP. Ms Wong, a volunteer with the Global Tuidang Service Center, reported that a lot of people called the hotline asking for the book “Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party,” for seeking to do the Three Withdrawals.
Wong said that some of them saw the withdrawal hotline printed on the Chinese currency notes and others read the truth pamphlets handed out, both by Falun Gong practitioners in China.
A man surnamed Chen had called and told a Tuidang volunteer, “I finally found you! I have been searching for a way to contact you but failed, but luckily, I saw the hotline number on some money.”
Separately, Mr Chen risked his life to send photos and videos to independent media stations, the Chinese-language Epoch Times and its sister media outlet, Chinese-language NTD, of protests that had broken out in Guangzhou, where quarantine sites had been set up amid the CCP virus pandemic. The forced quarantine situation had prompted residents to protest, after which the local government ordered police officers to disperse the residents. Mr Chen captured the incident, showing the clashes, including how police officers physically attacked residents.
Nine Miraculous Words Prove True
Mr Chen called in again after two weeks and shared that he “was arrested and had just been released.” He added that his blood was drawn without his consent, questioning why it happened since he was healthy. “I felt terrible after going home, what shall I do?” he asked.
Ms Wong told him, “You have done a great job (sending those photos and videos) by exposing the wrongdoing by the CCP in Guangzhou. If you keep reciting ‘Falun Dafa is Good. Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance is Good’ sincerely from your heart, you will be protected by Dafa, and by the Creator.”
Two days later, he called and reported, “I repeated 100 times the first day, 200 times the second day, in just two days, I was fully recovered. This is a miracle. Falun Gong is great. I want to read the books and do the exercises. How can I get the books?”
Ms Wong asked him whether he had done the “Three Withdrawals.”
“I was expelled from the Party a long time ago,” he responded. “My family members comprise over 30 CCP members, so we are a big CCP officials family.”
He added, “I once wrote an article called ‘Tiananmen Square is Crying’ in remembrance of the late CCP leader Zhao Ziyang. I was punished for that by being expelled from the CCP’s membership. My Hukou (Household Register) was also deleted. My family members stayed away from me and thought I was rebellious.”
After Ms Wong explained to Mr Chen the significance of the “Three Withdrawals,” he responded, “I want to use my real name to quit the CCP.”
Truth-Clarification Materials Confiscated By Policemen Saved the Mother
According to Ms Wong, more and more people are learning the truth about the CCP, including its various deceitful actions pertaining to the persecution of Falun Gong.
“They now all know about how the self-immolation tragedy on Tiananmen Square was staged by the CCP [to deceive people about Falun Gong],” she said. “They started to ask, ‘why is Falun Gong popular around the world but was banned in only China?”
A true story of a policeman in Jilin city in China’s northeast may help explain. The policeman ransacked the home of a Falun Gong practitioner and seized all materials that practitioners use to tell people the truth about the situation (also referred to as truth-clarification materials). He took those materials to his own home.
That policeman’s mother had been paralyzed in bed. When she saw the truth-clarification materials, she began to read and repeat the nine miraculous words, “Falun Dafa is Good. Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance is Good.” Soon after that, the mother gradually felt better. Finally she was able to stand up and fully recovered. The policeman witnessed the changes in his mother, he then realized what he did before was wrong.
The CCP Hired People to Interfere Us But Failed
Ms Wong shared that sometimes the Tuidang volunteer team received phone calls seeking to interrupt the team’s work by “vilifications and insults.”
“We can tell these callers were hired by the CCP,” she said. “Most of them are high school students from different schools in different states.”
She added, “We knew they were being taken advantage of so we clarified the truth [of the situation] to them: We explained the need to quit the CCP, what is Falun Gong, and the persecution of Falun Gong. Some of them finally changed and quit the CCP.”
According to Ms Wong, a few students called in and said: “We were among those trying to disturb you and make things difficult for you. But now we are clear and want to do the Three Withdrawals. We saw that others in our group all fell sick, so we realized what we did was wrong.”
“Three Withdrawals” Means Happiness and Bright Future
One person who quit the CCP, Chuanming Huang, shared in his declaration in making the Three Withdrawals that the reason people joined the CCP and its affiliated organizations was to avoid being left out and labeled as having fallen behind.
He added, however, that he finally understood that the CCP is evil and most corrupt, and Heaven will destroy it. Therefore, he decided to declare solemnly to “Quit the CCP and its affiliated organizations,” and “void the oath on the ceremony of having joining the CCP to wipe out the evil mark.”
“Only in doing so will a bright future and happiness come to me,” he said.
