A Tuidang volunteer in China | Minghui.org
Usually, I don’t pick specific people to talk to about quitting the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). However, I put extra effort into police officers, because they have been deceived the most.
Even if police officers were following me, watching me, or running into me by chance, I’ve rarely missed the opportunity to talk to them about Falun Dafa and Tuidang, in hopes the knowledge will help them stop committing crimes against humanity.
One day I went downstairs and saw a man standing at the entrance to the building. I knew he was one of the plainclothes officers who had been following me. I stopped and said, “Brother, you do know that the CCP is wrong to persecute Falun Dafa, right?”
He said, “Aren’t you afraid you’ll be arrested?”
“In what world would good people arrest other good people? Falun Dafa practitioners are all good people.”
“That’s true,” he admitted.
“The persecution of Falun Dafa has lasted for 19 years,” I said. “Outside of China, the entire world welcomes Falun Dafa, including Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan. You will see it yourself if you ever leave the country.”
He listened to me and then replied, “A summit is coming up and security will be tight. You should be careful!”
“More than 300 million people have quit the Party and its affiliated organizations. Are you a Party member?”
He said he was.
“Let me help you quit the Party, then, with an alias”, he agreed and we were both convinced he’d made the right decision.
Warning from a Plainclothes Police Officer
Another day, I walked into a store and saw a man come in after me. He casually looked at the tomatoes and left.
I knew he was another plainclothes officer assigned to follow me, so I quickly bought something and left the store. I saw him standing not far away, cracking melon seeds. I walked straight up to him. He looked at me and quickly walked away.
I followed him. When I caught up to him, I patted him on the shoulder and said, “I have something to tell you.”
He pushed my hand away and said, “Don’t talk to me. I don’t want to listen. I don’t want to believe anything you say.”
“You don’t have to believe in anything,” I said. “But you cannot disbelieve Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. Plus, we are the sons and daughters of China, not the offspring of Marxism-Leninism. The CCP is corrupt, murderous.”
He no longer glared at me. He just slowly walked into a crowd and continued cracking melon seeds. I followed him.
He looked at me and I asked, “Are you a Party member?”
He said he was.
“Then let me help you quit using an alias,” I said. “Don’t follow the CCP to its doom.”
He looked away with a concerned look on his face. He then told me to finish the deed and help him to separate himself from the Party.
I said wholeheartedly, “Bless you.”
