At the Tuidang table on Nain Street, Flushing, a skinny young man abruptly approached Mr. Zhang, a Tuidang volunteer, and said, “I don’t understand why you use this method to interact with people. Why didn’t you choose another method to campaign against the CCP?”
What do you mean by “another method”? Said Zhang.
“You should use stronger actions against the CCP.” The young man said. “What kind of fight is this? Do you expect to win?
Zhang smiled calmly .
He told the young man about 100 million people around the world who practice the ancient Chinese cultivation system, Falun Dafa, that is persecuted only in China, and that the persecution was initiated by a CCP former leader Jiang Zemin. He also told him that thousands of Falun Dafa practitioners are suing Zemin in China and around the world.
“Look”, said Zhang. “We just want to tell what happened to Falun Dafa practitioners in China. If the CCP did not persecute them we would not be standing here at all.”
Zhang also explained that they were just suggesting, and encouraging, people to quit the CCP because, according to historical predictions, the CCP will be destroyed in the near future and they wanted to tell people how to avoid this disaster. Should anyone follow the CCP they will be destroyed too when the CCP collapsed.
“We are peaceful people who do not believe in forceful means. The only force we believe in is the force of nature and that the truth will always come out.”
The young man realized it was not about fighting or winning for Zhang,.
“Its admirable.” He said.
He was quiet, thinking for a while. Zhang let him alone.
He then told Zhang he wanted to quit the young pioneers.
“I will tell all my colleagues what you are about and advise them to quit the CCP too.”
